By downloading or using Notbuk, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your content
Notes, tasks, and reminders you create belong to you. We do not access or claim rights to this content.
Feature Requests
Anything you submit through the in-app feature-request board may be visible to other users of the board and may be used by us to guide future development.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
